JOB INFORMATION
Utilimarc is a small and nimble team made up of the most passionate people. This position would be in our Customer Success department (15-20 hours/week) and is a minimum of 6 month internship with the ability to hire full time based on department need. During the internship you will learn about all the Utilimarc product offerings and get hands on experience working with clients. Your primary responsibilities will be to provide first level phone and email support to customers.
Job Duties
Respond to multiple client requests in a timely manner
Manage Utilimarc ticketing system in collaboration with the Customer Success team
Call clients directly to work through questions they may have
Provide solutions to customer ticket requests
Learn about all Utilimarc product offerings to support clients with solutions
Qualifications
Excellent communication and organization skills
Experience working with customers/clients
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective relationships with colleagues and clients
Ability to multi-task
Mindfulness - you seek to be respectful, an active listener and to pay attention to detail in all aspects of your role
Ability to work independently and in a group environment
Strong research aptitude to find solutions
Experience with Zendesk is a plus
Familiarity or willingness to learn SQL is a plus
