We are seeking a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion intern for Summer 2023 who is passionate about finding better ways to build, driven by performance, creating value by partnering with customers and the community, ready to pioneer into uncharted territory while building a world that is positive for people and the planet.
This opportunity will be a 12-week, paid internship beginning May 2023.
This internship opportunity will be located at Holcim Building Envelope division Corporate Headquarters in Nashville, TN.

Prepare DEI related reports as needed
Participate in organizing company events and career days
Assist with the preparation and delivery of training materials
Develop community outreach partnerships to support retention and staffing efforts
Create and implement audits of DEI Recruiting function to ensure compliance
Prepare presentations
Enter contact information into contact management systems
Provide support to social media efforts
Monitor social media for trending topics to utilize on social media channels
We’re Looking for:
Students who are currently enrolled in an undergraduate program majoring in Interdisciplinary Studies, Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Engineering or related major
The Right Student for this Role:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Extensive knowledge of social media
Driven and hard-working
Ability to take direction and multi-task
PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience a plus
