AWARD INFORMATION
(1) Each institution may submit a maximum of five applications for consideration. (2) There will be a limit of one student application per academic adviser. (3) Students must be enrolled in a dental (health-related) university in the United States that offers a recognized DDS/DMD, combined DDS/PhD degree, or hygiene program. (4) A faculty member at that institution must sponsor students. (5) Neither the recipient nor the recipient's degree should have been awarded in the year of the award. (6) Candidates may hold a doctoral degree in a field of fundamental science. (7) AADR members MUST be candidates.ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
