Scholarship payouts are presently up to $4,000 per year for Scholars attending private or out-of-state colleges and $2,500 per year for Scholars, though this is subject to change.Scholarship grants are now up to $4,000 per year for students attending private or out-of-state colleges and $2,500 per year for those attending in-state institutions, though scholarship amounts are subject to change. A maximum of four ordinary undergraduate school years are covered by awards. Hadden Scholarships may be used for a semester or academic year of study abroad, subject to the policies of the student's college or university. Finalists will need to submit a copy of their financial aid award letter from their college or university and a list of all outside scholarships before final awards are revealed. Youth Foundation must end the scholarship if it is discovered that a school has reduced its stipend to the student in contravention of our guidelines. List includes extracurricular activities, employment experience, community involvement, and academic accomplishments. There are two letters of recommendation needed, and each recommender must have an email address. Please inform your recommenders that a Youth Foundation email will be sent to them.
