AWARD INFORMATION
Each of two undergraduate horticulture majors enrolled in a four-year school of higher learning will receive one of two $1500 annual scholarships if they meet the following requirements: (1) enrolled as a full-time student (minimum 10 credit hours) and actively pursuing a degree in horticulture; (2) outstanding academic and scholastic performance in the major (an area of horticulture) and supporting areas of science; (3) participation in extracurricular, leadership, and research activities relating to horticulture; (4) participation in university and community service; and (5) demonstrated dedication to the horticulture science profession and related care. Only one applicant may be submitted per department, and nominations must come from the chair or head of the department the applicant is majoring in.ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
