College-bound teenagers in grades 9 through 12 are eligible for this award. The scholarship does not specify a minimum GPA, exam score, or class standing. Parents can sign up as well, but they must choose a student to receive the prize. You must be a current C2C eNews subscriber at the time of the drawing in order to be eligible for the scholarship.
