AWARD INFORMATION
honored the late Dr. Earl James Fahringer with its name. Awarded annually to students majoring in music, the arts, theater, or dance in order to support the education of aspiring musicians and artists. The applicant must have a bleeding condition themselves, or have a bleeding disorder-affected member of their immediate family, and they must live in one of the Southern California counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Luis Obispo, Ventura, Kern, Inyo, or Santa Barbara.
