AWARD INFORMATION
The Linda Rubinstein DeVore Scholarship was established by ADEA and Sigma Phi Alpha to honor her legacy and 30-year career in dentistry education. Professor DeVore was involved in public service, scholarship, and the teaching of dental hygiene. In 1994, she served as president of the American Association of Dental Schools (now known as ADEA), and from 1997 to 1998, she presided over the Supreme Chapter of Sigma Phi Alpha, the national honors society for dental hygienists. A student pursuing related dentistry education at the baccalaureate, master's, or doctoral degree levels will receive a $1,000 prize.ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
